It rained today. Again. It always rains, anymore. Ever since Aniki died. The world is never gonna be the same again, is it?
It seems like Kittan's trying to take Aniki's place. Leader of the Dai-Gurren-dan, wanting to pilot Gurren. Who does he think he is?! I don't care if he was the one who gathered all the people together. Kittan is not Aniki. He never will be. That spot is rightfully Kamina's. It's not like I said I wanted anyone to pilot with me. What does it matter, anymore, though? Aniki is dead. I killed him. What does anything matter, anymore? The only reason they keep me around is because I'm the only one who can pilot Lagann... The only reason I keep fighting is because I need to get stronger. I have to fight for me, and for Aniki now. ... I just wish I could be more like him.
