Finished!!
Oh that is such a load off. After many hours of tedious toil I have sorted a fax list of Congress into Each Individual Committee. This was an exercise in masterful boredom. I mean it! However I persevered and despite also having to sort out a couple of caucuses from the same list I have finally finished!
This is happy making for me, more so than usual too because it's something that actually can be called good in an otherwise difficult week. You see . . . I wrecked my car. Well it's not MY car so much as the car which my parents allow me to drive, but its the one I'm used to using. At any rate, I slid on wet roads and rear ended someone. Not horribly, and yes everyone's fine because I peeled into a turn lane (though unfortunately too late to avoid the accident entirely), but I smashed one of the car's headlights, making it illegal to drive. I have only myself to blame, and I'm not pleased about this. :< I take some solace in the fact that there didn't seem to be any major injuries, and that there didn't appear to be much damage to the other car (I don't mind paying or such, I just don't want to inconvenience the poor woman I hit).
*sigh* So yeah, tough week. My mother and I are now sharing the other car between us, so it'll be a little less comfortable for a bit. I'd kick myself some more, but people keep yelling at me for that, so I won't. Hope everyone's having a good time in their corners of the world.
