I still love Final Fantasy Tactics, but it is too hard. I am so not willing to spend hours leveling characters...ever. Not ever again do I want to be playing a game in any direction but forward. I do NOT want to just level up for the sake of being powerful enough to move on. That is so boring

2) Why not just target the panel next to who you want to cure and make sure the AoE isn't affecting someone you don't? You're making it even more complicated by crying about it.
3) Support items do not miss, and spells are based on faith. If you have low faith, they ALL SPELLS less likely to affect you. Yeah, go ahead and summon that huge thing. My faith is at 15, it's gonna miss. Combine it with the Samurai's class ability Blade Grasp( 1% evade for every point of brave your character has. Only works on physical attacks) and you've got a damn near unkillable fucker.
4) Wouldn't the game be boring if you had 5 dancer/mine/dragoon/white/black/onion/chemist/calculator/monks? Shit, I'd cast one spell and everyone on the board would cast it and nothing would get done!
5) If what you say is true there, yeah, that's pretty fucked up. If it's a Turn Based tactical anything it NEEDS to have the possiblity. Fuck, even Fire Emblem has it, and when your guys die in that they are killed FOREVER.
