Writer's Block: Untimely Passing
Toss up between Tupac Shakur, Heath Ledger and Kurt Cobain.
Tupac and Cobain... I simply loved their work. California Love, by Tupac and Dre, is the quintessential California party song and was huge in '95. Cobain influenced a lot of my early life, and All Apologies at the MTV Unplugged session is one of the most haunting sogns you will ever hear coming from a garage grunge band.
Heath Ledger... I would have gone gay for. Definitely. When I first saw him in 10 Things I Hate About You, I thought "This guy has no business kissing Julia Stiles!". Then I saw him in Knights Tale and thought "This is retarded... huh. That's Wash from Firefly!" and Heath started to grow on me some, thanks to Alan. Then he did a few other movies (none of which come to mind right now) and then all of a sudden I saw a clip preview of his acting in The Dark Knight and I thought "Holy sh*t!".
