One thing about working next to an art school, you do get a higher quality of graffiti!

- spn_j2_xmas signups are coming up soon.
- The draft deadline for the samdean_otp minibang is coming up soon. I am officially not going to make it, sadly, but I'm looking forward to seeing everyone else' fics and art :)
- Vancon came and went, and once again I didn't go. I think it would be lovely to meet some of my fellow-fans in person, but I feel weirdly shy about meeting actors and so forth. Plus I think most of my experience with cons has been at fan-run events, and there's something about the for-profit Creation-run events which doesn't quite appeal somehow. Still, I have been enjoying reports from hells_half_acre and others quite a bit. Maybe next year...
- petite-madame has posted a masterlist of her gorgeous "Man of Letters" series on LJ! Now those of us who are Tumblr-challenged can follow it easily.
- The vacation time I had booked in August mostly had to be cancelled, sadly, but I have been trying to take it easier. I've been spending way too much time playing Fallen London (I'm DidoTwite there, feel free to add me as a friend if you are in the Neath!). After much trouble and expense, I have acquired a newspaper! Now I need a name for it - any suggestions?
