I always wondered about that - was Sam tempted when the demons showed up? Did he think about it? Plus, I've always been interested in SPN-Lucifer's fascination with pop culture and music - for someone who so despises humanity and all its works, he seems oddly up on the trends of the day, you know?

As far as I'm concerned, it's something he's always fighting. He's had it in his system since he was an infant after all- that's not something you shake.
Plus, I've always been interested in SPN-Lucifer's fascination with pop culture and music - for someone who so despises humanity and all its works, he seems oddly up on the trends of the day, you know?
My head-canon is that the Cage is transparent- and Lucifer can see all of Earth above him. What better way to torment the angel who despises humanity than to make that the only thing he can watch, right?
