Time to make the change

I can't wait till next year! I'll have awesome roommates, at an awesome apartment, with an awesome single! Maybe even a car up in East Lansing? We'll see about that I suppose. So, I'm turning 21 soon and was thinking about getting a tat--nothing big, something small and simple. Not to be corny but I want something that symbolizes me, my personality, equal to some positive attributes that can only remind me happy thoughts! I need to get a job also so that I can start depending more on myself and less on my family...I was thinking of applying to Harper's like I had thought of doing last summer. That would mean I'd be busier though which really isn't a bad thing considering I don't really DO anything. I suppose that's another thing I need to do something about: Start running again and catch up with friends more often. We all how much Alex likes to socialize! hehe

Anywho, back to turning 21!! I'll be going home with Kevin and having dinner with my parents. I believe they miss me and would rather I spend spring break at home but I want to be up here relaxing and studying! Plus, Matt's going to be filming then. I really can't wait till we start filming! I get a sense of accomplishment out of it. Granted, I haven't seen if I'm actually any GOOD, so I can only hope it turns out well! But yes, it'd be nice if I could buy a case of really good beer or something celebratory considering this is technically the last real IMPORTANT birthday.

Ashie and I are talking more--I couldn't ASK for more! It's a friendship that's meant to last a lifetime! It's a nice feeling :-D

My classes are going ok-to-well but need to go better, homework must get done at least 2 days before it's due and studying needs to start close to a week before the exam. I think I put myself down for not having time but there's always time! It's a matter of managing it correctly. With spring and summer on the way I can foresee it being a really good year. Where is this optimism usually?? I need to see it more often hehe

Salty and Pep are doing well! Salt gave us quite the scare because she escaped and hid deep in the closet. When we found her she was scared so she stuffed her cheek pouches with food and looked like that red hairy dude with the bellboy hat from the Looney Toons for the rest of the night. Weird... I know!

I wish all boys made a girl feel like an ELO song like Kev does. BE JEALOUS! :-P

Oh man, I really hope this double party with Burke works out!! It's getting closer and I'm getting all the more excited. I'll officially be an adult! Speaking of which...I need to renew my driver's license tomorrow. Along with call my rents, and do some homework, get a couple applications while I'm at it?

Well my lovely friends, lovelovelove and adios!!!

CHAU!
