[Hey guys, guess whose PCD is almost getting squashed by a horned worm. It's at an odd angle, looking straight up, since it's fallen on the ground face-up. The feed catches a quick dash of the worm slithering backwards, and then a couple of pellets thrown; an explosion of smoke clouds the edge of the screen where the worm disappeared. Sluicing

...it's a little strange. [She leans against her boomerang, contemplative.] You'd think that after--what happened... [She casts a quick, cautious glance still overlaid with the grim of her current mood towards Raven, then looks away.]
I managed to convince him to... spar with me, so that something like that couldn't happen again. We meet at the dojo a lot. I never blamed any of you for what happened, but it's still a little awkward. [Tapping her fingers idly. Thinking about Snape beats thinking about her absent friends.] He's... not a bad person, even if he thinks he is. Even if he wants to be, even if he tries to act like one.

Really? That's kind of an achievement to have made him agree to it, if you ask me. [Raven shrugs and smirks slightly.] There's good and bad in him. He just seems to be more comfortable with his bad side, maybe because he knows better how to deal with it. Also it's often easier to push people away than to actually open up and let them in. [Does it show how much she's talking from personal experience here?]
