Before I became a World Class applicant, I’ve already tried applying for AIESEC three semesters back. Back then I really didn’t pay attention to anything and didn’t take things seriously; that resulted to me being rejected by the organization. So this time, I made sure I’ll be able to give my all so that I won’t regret anything by the end of the application process. Taking things seriously, I learned a lot of things I didn’t know of before about the org. I got to meet new friends both mems and apps and besides the whole social experience, the application process definitely helped me develop myself more not only as a mere student but as a student looking forward to working professionally. In a nutshell, the AIESEC experience I got helped me be more organized with the things I do and plan. Being organized in turn helped me be a better student. I don’t cram things unlike before and I get to balance my schedule well between leisure, academics and orgwork. Because of the internal growth I got from this, I can say that I’m definitely satisfied with this experience. But since this is already my second time applying and given the fact that this time I took things seriously, I don’t think I’d give the application process a third chance.
