Customer: I hate the bank b/c you keep charging fee's to my account.
me: sorry to hear that... I will be happy to help you.
Customer: Ya you better. Take those fee out of my account NOW or I'm going to close my accounts!
me:just one moment please while I look into your account.

me:sorry customer since i don't see any error I'm afraid we can't take the fee's out of your account.
Customer: NO! This fucking bank is taking money out of my account and I have been with you since XXXX I have been a good customer and I never have overdrawn my account ever. I work hard for my money for you to take it out. this is fucking CRAZY. I feel sorry for you that you work with the stupid company.
Presses mute; "Your right I don't have to take this bullshit"
me: sorry you feel that way... is there anything i can help yo....
click phone hangs up.
You know and they are right this bank has lost it's mind I'll tell you whats crazy, Me having to sit for 8 hours getting yelled at for something the bank did. Some of the things this bank has been doing is fucking nuts. I'm starting to hate my job. I'm Starting to hate the bank more and more everyday.
They want us to be this nice respectful associate while still getting yelled at; I can't do that and not lose my mind.
This job has really gotten me so angry that I put the customer on mute and yell at them. Even when I'm not mad at that customer. I feel like I'm becoming an angrier person and I don't like that felling. I'm not made at the customers I'm mad b/c sometimes I feel them and the rules that the bank has are contradicting. It's been three years and I think I'm done with this position. There is only so much a person can take.
Thats not the worst part. On top of that I have to make sure I'm servicing the calls in less then 8 min. each call over that time counts against you, so when your being reviewed you keep getting pushed to do better.
WERE NOT ALL FUCKING PREFECT.
In order for a customer to make sure there account goes well they have to know every loop hole to the system and be able to work it. This bank does not make it easy on anybody I'm sure the only people who don't feel that way are the big heads at the top snorting lines with your money.
