wedding stuff and such
Oh wow! Only 2 months and one week until I'm hitched! This time has gone by sooooo fast, and it feels like there is still so much to do! Almost all of the major stuff is done now. We only need to completely decide what the cake should look like, though we have a very good idea. We also need to get a unity candle. Then there is finding a room to stay at on the wedding night. Plus renting a car while down in Florida. The honeymoon plans aren't that important, as I'm thinking we'll have to just do whatever we want to, when we want to, depending on the weather and such. We also have to get the marriage licence thingy, and go to one more marriage class with Pastor Mark. Mom is in the middle of making the dresses for the little girls, so that is good. Jenn's dress, along with the bridesmaid's dresses just came in on Monday, so she doesn't have to worry about them anymore either. Oh, we also have to make out the song request sheet. Any suggestions from anyone? And no Chad, there won't be "free bird" added to the list.
Since it is Lakers spring break this week, Jeremiah went to Florida with YFC. This got me thinking about my 2 trips down there with them. Those were some pretty good times. It was always fun, that's for sure. Although, I really don't miss that one chic from Caro. Remember her Gordon? I know you rescued me from her a couple of times.
I need to take a road trip down to state and visit the guys down there again. Especially Gordon, since he's going to be in Alaska over the summer. By the way, anyone know when Mark is coming back yet? I'll need to come visit so that I can see the pictures.
I'm on my roommates intermural soccer team. It is a lot of fun, though it's making me wish that I would have played soccer in high school, that way I could see what it was like to actually play with good people. Most of the people on my team are quite bad. Oh well, it's still fun, and allows me to get into shape. YEA!
