Day of Remembrance
So, why is it that the anniversary of the day when thousands were murdered becomes more and more of a punchline these days? It makes me sick to my stomach to see all the mocking. You never hear people joking like this about Pearl Harbor, do you? What the fuck is wrong with people.
Anyway, I apologize to everyone who has been wondering how I'm doing. I've not been in the mood for much interaction. Basically, I've been hitting brick walls still trying to find a job. Every place I've applied to has either had me in for an interview and then turned me down anyway, or never even bother asking me in. I guess I'm just so depressed with my lot in life. Except for a short time over summer at a fireworks plant, I've been out of a job since mid 2007. And it's not for lack of trying, let me tell you. I really hate the feeling I have that my parents have been supporting me by paying about all my bills during this time. Where are all the jobs that the newly elected messiah promised? My life sucks right now.
