I finally found out that I made the Model UN team! That means I'm flying to NYC in April for a week. if anything could approach the excitement of the conference in Holland last year this might be it. we stay in a nice hotel and they even have a dance, very Olsen twins still.
the only other awesome thing was that I got to spend the afternoon today with this
gunnar peterson, you know you're jealous. I was compelled to order his core secrets workout crap off an infomercial, I'm no longer sure why I did it. I think it might work though, I'm actually sort of sore.
weekend highlights included finally visiting Mel's U of R dorm and watching an eagle kill and gut a squirrel in my yard. mmhm. I wouldn't count football as a highlight by any stretch, bah.
my cat is really sick. he's been sneezing blood. we think he has feline herpes or feline chlamydia- they're not the equivelant of cat STDs so it's not actually embarressing. I'm taking good care of him.
I found year old girl scout cookies that are unopened. I feel like I shouldn't just accept them as safe, but I'm so tempted.
