Exhausting summer. I'm not quite sure why - I feel like I haven't done very much besides go to Paris, drink a lot, buy fabric for costumes, draw, and get sunburned at the beach. I miss school, and all the people I hang out with there.
This weekend will be spent finally getting to work on the Northern Italy costume. I hope I finish most of it before I go to school - I'd like to get it done early so I'm not fretting/procrastinating. I'm good at procrastinating, unfortunately.
Had a guy friend from VA over for a few days. I don't think I was meant to entertain guests. I like hanging out with them for a certain period of time, but then I get all reclusive. I need 'Alex-time'. Alex-time is nice and private and quiet and allows me to get things done.
I miss JADE (Our school's anime club). I need to get on top of picking out animes to watch. It is my job as club treasurer. :< Anyone have any suggestions? They can't be longer than 26-28 episodes long, or people will lose interest. It makes things go faster that way.
We will, of course, be starting every anime club meeting with a couple episodes of Hetalia. Because I said so. SO THERE. >:D
