What I did Last Week in Tampa
We filmed a commercial, yes another one :) This time though we had 22 members rockin' the house, and it was just...well, LOL, I have no other way to say it - just special!
And while I completely exhausted myself, I had a freaking blast and it was 100% worth it (and the migraine that followed, i suppose!) :) AND, everyone rocked so much, the members got together and got me a beautiful card that they all wrote messages in, and chipped in and got me a massage at a way chic spa here! Speechless, really...
I can't stop watching this without an enormous smile on my face...so lucky to be a part of that group, from both sides, employee and member :) A first cut of our "behind the scenes" with the eDiets commercial...lemme try to embed it here...
In other news, today was supposed to be my next half marathon...and instead it turned out to be the second that I could not run due to injury. BUT! I've learned a lot more about injuring myself :) AND, really if I'm allowing myself to be really honest - I would have sucked today if I had tried to run. Just way too worn from the big move and then all of last week. It turned out for the best I guess, and the injury is in no way as severe as last time...just too much to do 13 miles. I was able to run 3.25 today though, on the treadmill, with no pain and at my regular comfortable pace. That's definite progress, as a week ago yesterday I wasn't even able to make it 3 minutes, let alone 3 miles :)
