OMG Avatar
I went and saw Avatar in 3D with Zero, Cray and Rudo tonight. That movie frigging rocks so much! I'm not that in to over the top science fiction movies but this movie blew my mind. I love it! It had a really good story line that was easy to follow. I was afraid it was just going to be just a bunch of eye candy, but it definitely has a good story behind it. The visuals are done so well you really forget that most of it is CG. I think what helped is that they motion tracked the actors expressions and movements. This movie definitively raised the bar for CG movies. I am totally going to see it again and in imax too.
