(no subject)
i really should be asleep but i need to wind down. today was amazing.
1. woke up rested and not sweating
2. had extra time in morning getting ready for work
3. at work, met owners and showed off by selling very annoying desk (last one evvvver) and won $25 for finallly getting rid of that piece of crap.
4. found out that dry ice will be having mega sales within the next 3 weeks because the company will be going out of business. they have stopped special ordering furniture, closed the website, and sent us white paper bags instead of the green dry ice ones because whats the point of ordering new bags that we cant pay for and wont really need anyway
5. got a free pretzel from kelly (dry ice friend)
6. dry ice friends are excited about claireapalooza
7. spent my "furniture points" and got a free ipod case and flip flops.
8. turned in a crate and barrel ap after a very fun morning at work discussing the failures of the company with the girls and selling a ton of furniture. even loading a fuf chair into a car in the pouring rain didnt get me down.
9. security guard at crate and barrel told me i had a nice smile - and i didnt realize i was smiling which means i was in a very good mood
10. concert downtown with stef priya archna and sheethal, archna got to dance on stage with everclear to 8675309, which i am jealous of, but props to her for being the only non blonde up there, getting a pat on the arm and a hug from mr lead singer, and getting to share a mic with mr lead singer.
11. hanging out with the girls with great conversation and very chill night overall.

ohhhhh! and linds! i dont know if you can read this, but at the concert this guy with a camera came up to us and asked if he could take a picture of us for the paper, so we were like sure, what paper? and he was like, rft. and we were like, oh, no. hes like why? and we're all like....theres been some unpleasantness. go away. mwah. he was kinda baffled but nice about it.
so lets all hope that ill be hired by crate and barrel and can get out of dry ice asap, at least so that there is no unemployed time between bankruptcy and new job.
ohhh last night. another party at the 6660 - the place to be for summer good times - beer pong, flippy cup, followed by priya and claire funfetti cake awesomeness. joined by maggie for the eating, after her night with a boy who asked priya and i for hairgel (wrong girls bud) and was wearing sunglasses inside. at night.
kind of like that ASSHOLE at the concert who was wearing sunglasses outside at night and chainsmoked in my face through the entire thing. but whatevs, whatshisface lead singer was making fun of "those losers who always wear dark sunglasses and dark clothes and chainsmoke) and i pointed right at him. mwahahaha.
in conclusion, i love saint louis and lindsey needs to tell me what is going on.
