Took a spill
Yesterday I went to my friend Travis' graduation and back to his house for a party. Before the party started Scott and Travis wanted me to do a simple front flip on the trampoline. I forgot that I don't do front somersault tucks off the diving board anymore because I tuck too tight and always over rotate. Well I remembered until I started jumping. I did a beautiful somersault, over rotated and took a spill off the trampoline. I took the bar to the diaphragm, knocked the wind out of me, hit the back of my head falling to the ground and then I blacked out. When I came to Scott, Travis and Alec were gathered around me. It was one of the scariest things ever. I couldn't hear, feel or see anything. I am glad I have good friends to look after me. I just have to remember next time to do it open pick and not tuck lol.
