Rejection numero deux
Who the hell calls someone almost 3 weeks later, leaves a message on the answering machine to tell them to call them back only to say the position has been filled??!!
Yeah it happened, I had an interview at Health Canada 2.5 weeks ago, they told me they'll start making calls next week, since I didn't get one I assumed I didn't get the job obviously, but then Monday while I was out I got a message telling me to call her back, so I did today, she was out of the office for the first 3 times I called but was back when I tried again, then she proceeded to say thanks for coming for the interview but the position has been filled, bye... OK THERE... why couldn't you just leave a message like that on my answering machine? or better yet NOT CALL AT ALL... so much for getting my hopes up over the night, I didn't think ppl did that, making ppl call back just to tell them they didn't make the cut.
