WOW!
Life has been truly wonderful since my last post! I made it to Stillwater without incident, picked up Dale, and had Dale drive back to Brainerd because we had to go through the cities. We stayed at our friends' house so he could spend time with his son.
Friday night, he told me for the first time that he loves me! Woohoo! His son and our friends are already trying to convince us to have a baby *gasp*, but we both know it's too soon to make that kind of decision. Besides...marriage comes first, and that's a scary thought at this point in time. He wants to move back up here in a couple of months, but I'm sure it'll take 6 months to a year for him to tie up loose ends in Stillwater.
Anyway...I sure am enjoying talking to my younger friends. I feel very lucky that John has brought you all into my life! And I feel closer to my niece than I ever have...it gives me one of those warm, fuzzy feelings! :)
Sherri has been causing a lot of chaos around here. She says she's moving out of state for a while ~ WHEW! It'll be nice when I don't have to worry about her mind games.
