I've collected every single X-men from the late 70's to the late 90's. There are so many faults with the cartoons that anyone that has read even 1 decade of the comic books knows the movies are going to worse that crap (more like a crap buffett @ lobster prices) examples Rogue originally was with Mystique (thought of her as a mother for taking her in when everyone she knew abandoned her. She joined in the X-men after completely absorbing Marvel Girl. Prof x had to seperate out her memories and marvel girl memories. This is how she got her super strength and flying powers. And yes Jugernaut got his powers from a guardian stone in a temple in the jungles of Africa. I knew the movies were going to be botched at best when i heard they picked Holly Berry as Storm. She was one of the most loved of the x-men the only one more loved than her was prof x.@ least they picked the right person to play him. All in all i knew after watching x2 that i would never watch the horrors of mutalation that would befall the gangrape and slaughter of the x-universe. I would rather watch Hostel a 1000 and have it permanently ingrained in my head so that i dreamt it every night than watch a movie that i know i would never keep quiet during, much less enjoy.

THANK YOU!!! I guess if you are not a comic book collector, you dont appreciate how today's cartoons and movies are totally ripping up the whole original storyline of comics. Their excuse is to "update" the storyline for our time is totally whack. When early pioneers line Stan Lee and Jack Kirby came up with these ideas on comic book heros, their ideas were futuristic! I hate the fact also that people are willing to run to a video store and rent a movie based off of a comic book instead of going to a COMIC BOOK STORE and actually buying the comic! I did like the fact that Halle Berry was playing Storm, though, lol. And WTF were they thinking about Jean Grey, Cyclops and Professor X in this movie!!! At least the DC movies are trying to stick to the storylines a bit better, and Ive been a collector of Marvel for almost 15 years!!! Jeez
