Back from State
So yeah I just got home from State at Green Bay...I think it went really, really well, Jamie made it to nationals w/ her community service project, along w/ Jessica B. So that is really exciting...Andy and I took 4th place overall, which is pretty much amazing, Im not gonna lie, I don't know how we keep pulling off these victories...we had a hard category, first we had to take a 100 Question multiple choice test on stuff that neither of us knew at all, so in the middle of the test we started to talk about a random $3000 chair that we saw in the Mall in Appleton(we are allowed to talk because it is a group test) but yeah we randomly started to talk about that, when all the other teams in the room were trying to come up with the right answers...So after the written test we needed to score in the top 8 to make it to the final round, we really didn't want to but somehow we did, which meant that we had to wake up at 7 the next morning and then we had to sit in a holding room until 10:30 for our presentation to start yeah that sucked, especially since we didn't go to sleep until 2 because of Jamie stealing our room and ordering a movie...But when we presented the judges really liked us, they kept joking w/ us and smiling to our answers to their questions...And we got 4th again...out of a lot of other (and probably more deserving) teams...But yeah this whole little trip was really fun and some good stories came out of it, such as our bus ride w/ all the mostly naked middleton boys running around (Yeah, not as good as it sounds :D), to my first experience w/ a hostile driver on my way home from perkin's...OMG that was sooo scary...he flipped me off on the interstate and then sped off, so i sped up and followed him and was being a jackass, then i got off my exit and he followed me, and i was w/ Renee and Katie Serginion...so they were freaking out in the car, but i was no better...this guy was literally following us through town, it was sooo scary...I don't know how i lost him, but OMG i was sooo happy to do so...yeah NBD, but seriously this was a good week no lie...Teague and I's spanish thing is gonna be the bomb, im really excited to make the dance moves...I got 3rd place in the stock market game for the region so that is cool too...but yeah...I guess I'll see most of you later
