Alec said the landlady for that penthouse has another penthouse on Exchange St. that he'll be looking at tomorrow morning. She said she gave the other apartment to a group of girls, but really wanted to give Alec a place. She said that if he doesn't like it, she'll make a decision on the first penthouse. The landlady said she was going to rent the place out for $2200/month since it's much larger than the previous penthouse, but I guess she'll give us a deal since she likes Alec.
