Oh gee, we didn't see that coming...

Ok so it didn't all quite work out.

I really tried to be as into it as he was but I just didn't get there. I felt incredibly awful for telling him and even more terrible at how wonderfully relieved I was afterward. I then went and bought me some sexy ugg boots and even sexier fluoro-orange shoes (as one does in these situations, naturally).
Being single is fantastic. I give it a fifty.

Work is getting a little exciting. Michelle ordered 15 new iMac computers last week. They were delivered yesterday and I’ve spent the majority of my day setting them up. They look amazing. Unfortunately, even though it’s not nearly as much work as setting up a new born PC, it was still a massive pain in the arse registering them all.

And Apple; there are so many times one catch watch that ridiculous ‘Welcome movie’ in 17 bajillionty languages. Please invent an escape/skip option next time. Much appreciated.

I still have to install all the Adobe programmes (which will take forever) and I still have to do a whole heap of fiddly bits and pieces (I might as well get take up my sleeping bag and stay over like old times) but that’ll have to wait until next week.
I’m still hoping against all hope that the heavens will open up and start bucketing down with rain, cancelling soccer training tonight. My gym has a yoga class on Wednesday nights, as well as the Saturday mornings I usually frequent and I am totally addicted. It is a cracking good time. I love being flexible!

Up to book three of the Sookie Stackhouse novels. There’s just something really quaint and charming about this series, and then you realise your hands are covered in blood, there’s a headless something-or-other-supe on the floor, some weird sex club next door and first thing you can think of is “aw hell, there he go bleeding out on Mah’s good rug again. Shit.”

And then Eric.

I fracking love Eric.
