100% True. !00% stories.
These are 100% true stories.
One of the new mallet percussionists in the Senior Band looked exactly like me. Curly/frizzy hair, red glasses, wore black pants and a jacket instead of some five billion dollar dress, similar facial shape (except she was prettier than me. Well, I think everyone is prettier than me for that matter xD), same non-smiley "I AM REALLY CONCENTRATING HERE!" expression when playing. She played better than I ever did though (hey they actually played the Hedwig's Theme ahaha!). Ellie, Meredith as well as quite a number of old teachers we bumped into all weirded out with me. I mean if you liked me that much, you only had to ask me to stay ya know? x3
Work practically exploded into a harrowing exodus of people shopping for the end of the world. I was so glad I was out of there at 8. I was also so glad that I spent the majority of my shift training someone, meaning I just stood around one of the new girls and helped her out. It went so much faster that way. Seven years tomorrow. I would have been working at Woolies for SEVEN years tomorrow. I can't help but hate myself at the very thought of it. Lovely.
I discovered, just now that rose-hip tea is way too sweet for me. I bought it on impulse totally convinced that I would love it. Turns out that I don't and now have to decide what to do with the remaining 19 bags. I'd cook it with something, but what?
I also hate writing cover letters. I feel so confined. I was writing one today for another studio and it took me forever. I got really frustrated, made a 'fake' and sent it off to Dad for laughs. All the reply I got from him was "are you serious?". No Dad, not at all. I just had to let the burnt up crazy out.
I miss Dragon Age: Origins. I would play it, but compy still says GTFO. D:
