a little update
not much going on here. First order of business: you guys can gloat over taking my last Jefferson at poker, but I can gloat that the psycho Rasheed Wallace and my Pistons are in the finals. heck yeah Gin.
As I said, not too much happening. I've been listening to miles davis, inspired by npr of all things. Really cool stuff. Brand New's on right now, which, as always, is good. Been reading quite a bit as well.
Nobody's really been around. They've either been out of town or I've been at work. Seems that all of my back home friends are keeping Gin's schedule, just not with stuff that is as uplifting.
I think the work schedule has been getting me down. It's weird working nights. You never feel quite right.
Brian's working about 12 hours a day 5 days a week. and I'm working saturday's. When he's not working, his with his girlfriend, so I'm not seeing much of him.
I'm hoping to make it down to Upland again before Caleb leaves on his long hauls for TNT, but I think I'll probably just see those of you that are going to Minnesota that week. If I get to go...that's a whole other, work related situation. Wish I could just tell those people to go...you know, but I can't. meh.
