A Short Skit
(over past couple of weeks)
Friend: *ignores Amelia*
Me: *slightly peeved, pretends not to notice/care*
(today)
Friend: Hey! Long time no see! Let's hang tonight, kay?
Me: Sure, cool!
Friend: Oh hang on a sec, lemme do something real quick.
(1 hour later)
Me: So what's up? Plans formulated?
Friend: Oh I was just talking to my friend on the phone, tehehehe. Oh, just a sec.
Me: *sigh* Sure.
(30 minutes later)
Me: Well?
Friend: Talking to my friend again.
Me: Ah. (pause) We still hanging out tonight?
Friend: Well actually, I'm gonna go hang out with my other friend. You can tag along if you want.
Me: Nah, I've got some stuff to do...
Friend: Oh sure
*signs off, noticably without a goodbye*
