Please pray for my Neice
So far, so good with Dawn and baby. She went in for her c-section and they delivered her baby at 2:45 PM. Her name is Jasmine Louise, and she is adorable. She weighs 1 lb. 3 1/2 oz. and she was 11 3/4 inches. She was 28 weeks termed, but has not quite developed that far yet. The doctors say she is comparable to a 26 week term baby. Her lungs and heart seem strong so far, but the next 24-48 hours will tell how she is going to do. The nurse told us it is always an up and down process with babies this small, and only time will tell.
