1. The Doctor is really grossed out by milk! Like specifically cow's milk and drinking it straight, it makes him want to vomit.
2. He's deathly allergic to asprin! This is sort of canon, but imho he's allergic to a lot of different kind of human medicines and chemicals, but most are only slightly bothersome to him.
3. Because of his binary system, his body operates at a temperature of 101.1. So he's usually warm to the touch.
4. His childhood was very very lonely. Most Time Lords are created in genetic looms with 48 cousins and grow up all together, but the Doctor was born in the "natural" way. So he spent much of his childhood alone before attending Prydon academy.
5. He was an extremely bratty little child at the academy! The Doctor thought of himself as a genius and way too smart for most of his classes and spent most of his time causing trouble with Koschei, who later became the Master.
6. The Doctor thought up his academy nickname ΘΣ (Theta Sigma or Thete) himself because he thought it sounded awesome and important and because his old name made him miss his mother.
7. His first marriage was alright. They hit it off in the academy for both being brillaint and expecting to become high level people in Time Lord Society. However, they began to drift as she become more involved and his distaste for Time Lord society began to grow. However, he stayed for his children until they were old enough before he left with Susan.
8. His biggest fear in the world is becoming, or creating, the Valeyard. this is a major reason as to why he keeps picking up companions, he wants them to be there to stop him from turning down that path.
9. The Doctor is something of an insomniac. He really hates to sleep because he hates the nightmares he gets. So he stays up for weeks until he can't stay awake any longer.
10. He's extremely fond of tea and sweets and mostly lives of them. The running takes off a lot of the weight.
11. Although, he's naturally inclined to care about others and to be the hero, recently there's a subconscious part of him that's doing to try to justify why he's the last Time Lord left. If he's not helping people, what's the point of him?
12. Putting his full trust in and relying on others is really difficult for him. Amy is one of the few people that he's ever been able to fully put his trust in to pull-through and save him.
