Blimey, can't believe it's already nearly Christmas. But here it comes! There's lights in the trees, mistletoe in the doorways, and bells ringing in the air. I'm definitely feeling the holiday spirit. And a rather looming sense of doom for what's in store for us from Mayfield on Christmas day. Definitely something horrible and nasty and holiday ruining per usual. Mayfield is all about being holiday ruining.
Dunno about you lot, but I quite love a good Christmas and having it ruined every year is starting to get a bit drab. So I figure we have a good eleven days of Christmas before it all goes right to hell. Plenty of time to still enjoy the lights, mistletoe, poppers, carols, bells and any other Christmas bobs and bits. Bobs and bits, very important to the whole Christmas atmosphere and rather under appreciated if you ask me.
So, who's with me! Let's share some Christmas cheer while we still can, eh? I've got plenty of lights and bulbs to share. Actually, I think I have all the lights and bulbs in the entire town, cleared the store right out. ...Sorry.

The Doctor, decked out in a really awesome santa hat, is currently in the middle of stringing lights on a tree outside as Christmas Carols play from the TARDIS parked in the driveway. If you approach, he'll grin and wave you over!]
Right, brilliant, there's lots of trees to cover. Here take some of these and get to work, haven't got much time; only ten days until Christmas! Which is... I dunno, maybe that is a lot of time. Never missed a holiday when I had a working time machine.

You know those Christmas obsessed people that you hear about in the news that deck their houses out in millions of lights and sync them to music for a really insane display and you can't help but find them to be rather insane and yet somehow slightly awesome?
Yeah, the Doctor is one of those people. He'd just been lacking a house up until he came to Mayfield.
He's just watching it, grinning like a madman at how totally silly awesome it is.
