After dribbling incessant flapdoodle into my computer, what do I do? Rest my weary head? NOPE I LEAVE ANOTHER NONSENSICAL LJ COMMENT! LOGIC IS MY FORTE.

Haaaaarrroooooughaaa. Fucking ouch, man, do you have any idea how piercingly painful it is to know that just a few months ago, I would've scoffed at every band in this post and returned to my thesis on What That Particular Twang of the Guitar Means After That One Syllable in That One Joni Mitchell Song and How It Relates to the Universe at Large, Will Ultimately Cure AIDS and Make It Rain Freshly-Baked Cookies, Etc.? AND I WOULDN'T'VE EVEN OFFERED YOU A CRUMPET OR EVEN A DROP OF MY PRETENTIOUS-PANTS TEA. BITCHFACE.

But now, now we have entered The Age of Acid Rain and Bunny Slaughters. Not one but three bands in this big ol' post of blasphemy made me squeal, "Ooh, shiny!"

I'll...be convulsing in that corner, admiring your lovely iconwork, pondering the whereabouts of the missing ellipsis in The Academy Is...'s name in this post, and nursing my pride for the remainder of the evening, methinks. Just! DON'T MIND ME. I DON'T NEED YOUR PITY.

PS: Do you want to know what the most hilarious thing in the entire universe is? Even more hilarious than this augustly helpful page on the word "yo" and the notion that The First Rule about Calvin & Hobbes Is You Don't Talk about Calvin Hobbes COMBINED?
