Gone Crazy....

Alot of things going on....where do I start?

Hmmmm...well, Chip is going back to school this fall and so is Jenny! Although Jen will still be homeschooled for two subjects...she will take the other three at OW! She is a little apprehensive, but mostly excited. Chip is excited and has just about all of his classes with Kyle. It will be a busy, but good year!

Vee is going to be working this fall...she's decided to wait a little while before going to college...she "needs a break from school".

Right now I really need to be cleaning my house, however, **sigh** I'm tired and just want to sit here for a while longer. Gotta work today, so the cleaning will have to wait one more day...tomorrow...yea right!

Well, the heat of the summer has done a number on my beautiful garden that I planted earlier in the year...it is not dead, however, it isn't looking the best it ever has. I've been very faithful to water it, but still....

Thank the Lord for the rain lately! Man, my water bill has been out the roof this summer! Praise God for the rain!!

We're all doing well, just working too hard and wishing for a break in life. But hey, isn't that the way it is for everyone? Everyone feels stressed out and too busy. I just want a whole day where I can get up, stay in my jamies, drink coffee...read a book....take a nice long bubble bath....get a back massage (*hint*hint--Vee & Jen)...bum around all day long! NOT have to do dishes, go to work, cook supper, balance the checkbook, pay the bills!! That would be the best present ever!!

I feel lately like I have neglected my friends because I am so busy. I really really really wish that life could slow down a little so that I would actually have time to enjoy it. I don't think I can keep up with this pace for too much longer! I'm tired of having to be the adult!!

Hey...I'm actually growing grass in the front yard and although there are some bare spots, they can be easily fixed with a little fertilizer. The back yard is even growing grass...it's not the best grass and it's not all the same...BUT, it's green!!!!!! That's good enough for me at this point.

The next thing I need to do is to get my garden boxes filled with good dirt and prepare them for Spring planting. Chip & Kyle made them for me and they are perfect. I just have to get a load of dirt and fill them up...then in the fall I will plant rye seed in them to add nutrients to the soil.

Well...time to get off of here and zoom through my day again....Later! Have a great day!
