there must've been some subliminal, unconscious 'common sense' in the air that enabled that group of idiots to realize they were in the wrong (or at least what's her name was in the wrong), and an argument and/or fight would've been foolish and futile.
Lesson learned by what's her face: "just because you're an attractive female doesn't give you the right to prance around like you are the princess and they are the peasants"...I will slam into you, or rather, that is, let you slam yourself into me.
On other occassions where some dude has reacted all chesty like, I usually just say something like, "you need the whole fucking sidewalk!?"...and they realize they are at fault...no fist fights yet...
another thing I've done is to just stop in my tracks to illustrate that there is going to be a collision...but somehow, the 'oh, excuse me' that I get from that just doesn't make up for the fact I was the only one paying attention, (especially considering I've inconvenienced myself on their behalf just by stopping what I'm doing)...so nowadays I prefer to teach the lesson in a more memorable fashion...that is, let the person run into me.
