Satriani and I are going to hang!!
...for like, 10-15 mins or so if I'm that lucky, although I'm kinda hoping it'll be longer, hahah...
Wondering what the hell I'm even talking about?
No, I'm not fantasizing (for once actually) but I just recieved an email from the webmaster at Satriani.com saying I was one of 3 lucky online members selected in a random poll in giving away an aftershow pass to meet and hang out with him backstage!! How fuckin cool is that? I mean, if you couldn't tell by now, Satriani is my main man... my guitar hero... my musical inspiration... damn, I'd evem go as far as saying that if I was gay, Satriani would be my fantasy lover!! Uh, actually, scratch that latter part... But, I mean, my original plan of action was to just hang out after the show, in the parking lot wherever his bus would be parked, and hound him for an autograph... a picture... anything! Fortunately, for him, I won't have to be THAT intrusive, muuwahahaha! He'll be coming to the Palace Theatre in Greensburg this Friday, and to think that concert couldn't get much better seeing how I have front row, pit tickets! I guess this is some turn of luck considering the amount of shit I tredged through this past week... Anyways, not only I will be going backstage but Orris too as they said I can have a guest as well, and well, he'll also be with me at the concert.
So surreal, I can't believe it! Damn!
