Woooooow, I freaked out so many times, this is the last place I'll freak out about it because I seriously went insane... (^_^)> But it's lonely freaking out being the first one to hear it and to hear it on such a badly acted, pre-teens wanna be cool TV show... I always hear news and go look for it for proof, it's weird it being the opposite way

Number 1, Arashi's is in Japanese. They're not going to use that on an American Disney channel. I don't know why, but they always want everything dubbed.
Number 2, someone said that the composers actually work for Disney. Johnny's just bought the music from them and added the lyrics.
Number 3, It's not Arashi's to begin with. If they planned to make it in English, they'd rather just go to the composer since they don't plan on using anything of Johnny's. Truly, yeah, Disney wouldn't have had to go through the trouble of creating new lyrics, hiring a music producer to recreate the same music, hiring the singer, etc. just to get pretty much the same result but in English had they instead used Arashi's version, but if they used Arashi's version, they would have to go through Johnny's. Also, Disney's way of thinking is beyond practicality and saving trouble. I think they wanted a good song that Quest Crew could dance to, but one that wasn't by a famous artist because every Disney show always has their own soundtrack instead of taking non-Disney music. If they used Arashi's, they would have had to credit them and Johnny's, and they're not part of Disney. But just taking the music and not having to credit Arashi, the song is now their own and not like they borrowed anything. Disney's very self-sufficient, like Johnny's, and creates every song, sing, actor, etc. into their image instead of using things with their own image already. Oh, and going through Johnny's would be annoying, possibly. But the Japanese fact is big too.
And also... in all honesty, Mada Ue Wo is pretty... flashy? Disney toned down Arashi's voice changes by using one guy, who sounds like an R&B singer, and didn't use the violin run (obviously, I like that violin run), probably so that Quest Crew would be the main thing. In all honesty, it's pretty funny that to Arashi fans, the main thing is that it's a stolen Mada Ue Wo, when the main thing should be Quest Crew's insanity.
Of course, this is just my take. [shrugs] But in every show, they've always had their own soundtrack; you never hear stuff from the radio unless a Disney star sang it. I guess they didn't have a Disney star in that song's style so they just made their own.

yeah...as you mention about the violin...i replay the song over and over and compare it with Arashi's...as you said the disney's doesn't have the violin and not to up beat like Arashi's...disney version much likely *in my opinion only* like Justin Bieber's song...
