Magnolia clouds hid the playful sun, which peeked at the earthlings. Jason Castro sat at the table, his teeth crunching on the crisp chocolaty cereal bits as their bus neared to their newest destination. He was really looking forward to their new destination; actually, he looked forward to all destinations. He especially looked forward to his life after this Idol drama. Sometimes, while he was supposed to write for his album, he would prop his elbows and rest his head in his hands and think about his future. His future with David Cook.
Sometimes he imagined himself sitting by the fireplace in winter with David by his side; both playing their guitars. Then suddenly, a whine would be heard from afar and their son would appear into the picture, asking his parents to sit with him and teach him how play the guitar. Jason Castro wished for a musical family in the future. One would play the guitar, another would play the drums and the other one would play the piano. He would have his own family band and he intended to have many kids as well.
But then reality would storm in pricking his bubble of happiness. Reality would tap his head and remind that the future that he imagined was an illusion and would never be true because they would never be accepted.
Jason frowned as thoughts ran wild in his head. He wanted to live with David Cook for the rest of his life...
“...Jason? Jaaason?” David waved his hand in first of the dread-locked boy.
“Oh...sorry, hey, Dave,” Jason said, clearing out his daze.
“Hi, babe, why so sad?” David asked, noting that no one was around; he could address Jason in whatever way he wanted.
“It’s nothing much...David,” Jason said, forcing out a smile. David frowned at Jason’s awkward expression and bent down to kiss it away.
“David! Jason!” an Australian accent prevented their lips to meet.
David sighed and made an annoyed face at Michael’s bad timing, who had appeared next to them, wanting to drag their asses out of the bus as they had arrived to their newest destination.
With Michael’s back turned towards the exit door, David turned to Jason and blew him a kiss which Jason pretended to catch and pocketed it.

The concert was on; David Cook was pacing around backstage getting ready for the concert. Jason Castro sat nearby, wanting a blink of sleep before he went on stage.
David abruptly stopped in front of Jason, a smirk well-placed on his face. He titled his head towards the direction of the gents and flicked his head.
Jason got the message and nodded at David who walked off to the washrooms.
When the coast was clear and when no one suspected anything, Jason made his way to the washroom.
The moment he opened the door, he was taken by surprise and pinned against the wall with a lust-driven David hovering above him.
“You don’t know how long I have been waiting to get a private moment with you,” David whispered into Jason’s ear. Jason felt a shiver run up his spine, David’s gruff voice made him tingle.
David’s lips caressed every part of Jason’s face. Tiny kisses to the apples of his cheeks, nibbles to the nose and a hard, lip-swelling kiss to his mouth. On the other hand, his hands occupied themselves by pinning Jason’s wrists to his sides so as to have full control of Jason’s lithe body.
A full-blown make-out session always guaranteed a successful concert. Shy touches were sent to Jason’s body as he replied with his own set of incoherent words.
Lost in their own world, they were unable to hear the footsteps that neared the gents. The door opened with a click and the person entered the washroom.
The click of the door had sent David flinging himself off Jason, wiping his mouth with the back of his hand as he tidied his attire. Jason looked at the person with wide shocked eyes as he fumbled to tuck in his shirt.
“What were you guys doing?” the familiar voice rang in their ears.
“David...he...me...” Jason wasn’t able to form a proper sentence as his heart hit his ribcage noisily.
“Mr. James, Jason...he...well, he had something stuck to his hair, so, I thought maybe I would help him take it out....yah!” David defended himself.
“Really?” Mr. James asked, wary of both of them. Mr. James was person who made sure everything work fluently during the show. Having two idols suddenly missing from action had gotten him frenzy.
“Honestly, James! What were you thinking?” David asked throwing his arm around the other man as David maneuvered him towards the exit of the washroom, trudging backstage. Having James walk in on them could have been the worst thing since he has connections with the media and all that jazz. David has acted fast and lead James towards the exit so that he would not be able to question them.
Mr. James threw Jason a look over his shoulder before being forcefully led out of the gents. Jason sighed as he rested against the wall once the two of them had disappeared with only one thought in his head.
...Mr. James did not look convinced by the blatant lie that David had fed him with. Who knew what drama he might cause?
