as the summer of "we're going to hell" ticks of its final seconds, i can't help but wonder if i missed a good size chunk of it. does anyone lese feel like this was the shortest summer in recent history, even though it was actually long? aparently i got wasted on the first day, and i'm just sobering up now, which is why i can't remember any of it ( Read more... )

You're going to have a GREAT year. Prom will be awesome, and the SATs will be taken for the last time. Plus lots more fun stuff.
And, as far as academics go... if you think you've worked hard before, think again, because junior year is the most work you'll ever put in. But it's totally worth it. And, of course besides senior year, junior year is the best. So... thta'd make it the second best. But really.. it's awesome. Who do you have for teachers?
HAVE FUN IN SCHOOL! I'm already there! I miss you!

Think about it Jarrad. ALthough there are downfalls of school, you know you love the people there. And it is the people that you find less than enjoyable that make the day interesting. I mean, there is not a day that goes by that Bevill does not make a fool of herself or a little freshman says something stupid. Then there are comments from your friends that seem to not be able to be lived down...(cough cough iron on transfers cough). It will be fun, trust me. You can make fun of me endlessly if you don't enjoy your junior year. Oh wait, you already do...hmmm...we will work something out.

Take advantage of this year...guaranteed to be the greatest thus far.
