Thursday Thirteen, #163

Sep 18, 2008 12:42

My goal every year is to read 100 books by December 31st. Two years ago, I hit 110; unfortunately, I didn't log them. Last year I read 87 and did write them down. I've been writing down the books I've read this year as well. I'm up to #60 and working on #61 right now. I don't know if I'm going to make the 100 mark this year.

The Last 13 Books I've Read

1. Medical Myths That Can Kill You by Nancy L. Snyderman
2. Such a Pretty Fat by Jen Lancaster
3. Bright Lights, Big Ass by Jen Lancaster
4. Bitter is the New Black by Jen Lancaster
5. Writing Motherhood by Lisa Garrigues
6. Diary of a Fat Housewife by Rosemary Green
7. Hero of the Underground by Jason Peter
8. Go Ask Alice by Anonymous
9. Dear American Airlines by Jonathan Miles
10. Waiter Rant by "The Waiter"
11. My Incredibly Wonderful, Miserable Life by Adam Nimoy
12. How to be Single by Liz Tuccillo
13. My Lobotomy by Howard Dully

You can see when I discovered Jen Lancaster! All of the books listed above are non-fiction except for #9 and #12. There is debate on #8 whether or not it's a work of fiction.
