Today was Piper's birthday. She spent it by attending classes, one of which she had a test in. Not exactly the most fun birthday ever. Didn't help that it was Monday. She had cake, though. Cake made by her best friend. That made things better

"Yay, I like presents," Piper said happily. "And visits from my sister."
