After talking to Bel about her attempt to talk some sense into Phoebe, Piper let him shimmer her back to her room so they could check the Book of Shadows for information about the Sea Hag. Piper was determined to get her sister back, no matter what.
After another futile look around Selkie Cove, Lana decided to see if she could find Piper. If nothing else she could at least tell her that Bel was up to something stupid.
Lana opened the door. "It's Lana. I just wondered if you'd seen Phoebe. She's not at Selkie Cove and - Oh." She stopped short when she saw Bel. "You're here."
"Right," Lana said. "Like I believe you. Piper, he plans to do something stupid there. I came up to tell you he was going to do something reckless to try and help Phoebe."
"Piper..." Lana turned to appeal to her friend's sister. "I could be useful. I could be sort of... bait... to distract the demon while you two do your magical stuff. Please. Let me help."
This is ridiculous! Why is it okay for you two to risk your lives, but not me? What makes me more of an innocent than you!" Lana was still feeling scared and overheated and frustrated.
"Phoebe is my friend. She's in this mess because of you," she said to Bel, then turned to Piper. "And she wanted me with her when she was so upset. Don't I have the right to be involved?!?"
"Look, this is too dangerous for you," Bel said. "You gotta stay here. You can go down to the beach and try to talk some sense into Phoebe. But Piper and I are going alone to do this." He turned to Piper and held out his hand to her. Once she took it, he started to shimmer out of the room.
