Oh yeah, came out just fine. Might have to start drinking the rice wine---hell, I'll never use it all. Was happy to see that the wraps are frozen, that will save me trips down there, I got 3 packs. Thank you again for sharing these--you are too sweet.
Thanks for telling me to keep the rice wine in the fridge----I looked all over the bottle to see if it needed to be refrigerated, never found the recommendation. GOD, the rolls are sooooo good!!! Wish there was a store closer to me. Where is the one on Volusia Ave? I'm sort of thinking it is by Bed, Bath and Beyond group of stores. Thank you again and again.
Oh okay. I thought it said west ISB. It would be closer to me, but more than likely the parking would be a bitch. When I go to South Daytona I'll just buy a few more packages---it's not like I'm going to make them 3 times a day. Hey, got an idea today, do you think I could use those Steakums in an egg roll? Sounds do-able to me, but you are the expert.
Im not a big fan of those in general haha, but I dont see why not, Ive done shrimp in them before (if you wanna know the recipe for that let me know because I marinaded them) The only thing you have to watch is whatever you put in there overpowering the flavor of the veggies.
Ok all you do is chop up some fresh shrimp, marinade it in about 1 tsp of Soy sauce, 2 tsp of Sesame oil, Little salt little pepper (and if you like it Spicy some Chilli garlic paste) For about 30 min. then drain it on a papertown and add it to your spring roll mixture roll as usual :)
