Ham ideas?

I just baked and carved a big ham. I'm wondering if there's anything I can do with all of the drippings other than ham gravy, which I'm not going to make.

Also, I saved the bone for possible split pea soup or bean soup. Does anyone have any good soup recipes that I could make with it?
