Buffalo ( Bison ) steak, true American Delicacy

There is a cooking technique called "Blackened", which is used on meat or fish. It's perfect for bison meat. Bison or buffalo is really lean meat, so this technique is perfect.

I use simple marinated baked red peppers or sweet corn hash- it's sweet corn, and peppers. Since the corn and peppers are sweet, I use tabasco to make sweet and spicy/

You can fry up potatoes and crimini mushrooms, mix them together as a side dish, too. They earthy flavor

I'm a vegetarian, and wouldn't eat it, but that sure does look good.
