This colorful dessert is a lot of fun to make. Great project to do with kids as well!
We will need:
1 cup sugar
250 gr butter
4 eggs
2 tbsp. sour cream
14 gr baking powder
1 cup all purpose flour
1 package pudding powder (vanilla)
1 package dry Jello powder (red color - cherry, strawberry or raspberry)
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1. Beat butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy
2. Add eggs one by one and keep beating
3. Add sour cream, baking powder, flour and mix well
4. Divide ready butter into 3 equal butches.
5. Add pudding powder to the first butch.
6. Add Jello powder to the second
7. Add cocoa powder to the last one.
8. Prepare your cake mold - slightly grease it and start adding the cake butter. I usually start with white - vanilla, followed by red - cherry and brown with cocoa will go on top.
9. Bake at 180C for about 30 min or until inserted toothpick comes out dry and clean
10. Let cool, remove the cake mold by turning it upside down on a cake platter, decorate
11. Enjoy!
