I baked! For my kids! Lately I've been unmotivated and making my hubby make me all of my pregnancy cravings. I made an exception for Valentine's Day.
The Realistic Housewife Ingredients:
1 Ripe Avocado
1 Cup Yogurt
1/2 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Unsweetened Baking Cocoa
1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 Tablespoon Raspberry Extract
2 Cups Flour
2 Teaspoons Baking Powder
1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Cup Fresh Berries (If using frozen, rinse with water, drain and pat dry)
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Line muffin tin with paper baking cups
In a mixer, cream avocado, yogurt, sugar and cocoa
Add extracts
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt
Mix on high
Hand fold berries into the mix
Fill almost to top
Bake for 30-35 minutes
Let cool, remove
