Valentine Dinner

Still undecided about what to have for Valentine dinner. I'm pretty sure we'll have a shrimp cocktail to start, spinach salad with balsamic reduction to go with the main; my husband wants either almond cookies or a blueberry pie for dessert. But after that I'm still trying to narrow down the main course. This could change depending on what looks good at the store, but right now the possibilities I'm thinking of are:

salmon filets
lamb shanks
roast chicken
oysters

I'm also consulting my "erotica" cookbooks, Love Portions, Intercourses, and Booty Food for ideas.
