recipe:
flour 310 gr
butter 30 gr
egg 1 PC
sugar-30 gr
yeast 13 gr
salt

Sugar powder for serving



Mix all ingredients and knead the dough, roll out to a thickness of 0.5 cm (original written 1 cm). Cut into rectangles 11*2,5 make a cut in the middle - 3 cm , and hold one end through the hole.Put away for about 15 minutes and cover it. Fry in hot oil until Golden brown. Before serving sprinkle with powdered sugar.
