The EPIC Dulce de Leche Brownie

After making Ina Garten's Outrageous Brownies last year, I didn't think I would ever find a new recipe to sweet me off my feet. But then along came this Epic Brownie. And it involves dumping an entire can of dulce de leche--straight INTO the batter.

I made a pretty good brownie a while ago (I'm not a big sweet eater so I don't bake sweets often) but this recipe may just have me making dulce de leche again so I can try it out.

I used my last couple of batches to make these alfajores ... shortbread cookies to die for.
