Curried Apple Pear Crumble

Ingredients:
-6 Pie Apples (I used Braeburn Apples)
-3 Pears
-1/4 Cup Lime Juice
-1 1/2 Tablespoon Curry Powder
-1 1/2 Cups Oats
-2/3 Cups Brown Sugar
-1 1/2 Sticks Butter (room temperature)
-1/4 Cup Candied Curried Mixed Nuts (recipe on blog)

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Cut apples and pears into thin slices
3. Toss with 1 tablespoon curry and lime juice
4. Layer in 9x13 glass baking dish
5. Combine oats, brown sugar, butter and 1/2 tablespoon curry
6. Sprinkle over the top of the apples and pears
7. Bake for 45 minutes
8. Top with nuts

dessert: pie, fruit: pear, herbs and spices: curry, fruit: apple
