I have a question and I'm hoping you lovely people can help. I've had some homegrown jalapeno peppers in my freezer for about 2 months. I am making jalapeno infused oil with them for part of a Christmas present. Are the peppers going to taste as strong/stronger/weaker since they've been frozen and thawed? I'm trying to figure out how many peppers I need for the oil.
